Morning Sun's Ambush Addy JH, is a 3.5 year old chocolate lab and weighs 63 pounds. She is a very physically talented dog, very intelligent, an excellent marker and can run very impressive land and water blinds. Addy completed her Junior Hunt Title in 2012 and is currently working on her Senior Hunt Title holding three senior passes. Lincoln, FC A Shadow of Abe, will sire his second litter of puppies with Morning Sun's Ambush Addy JH. In his first litter, with Adoration's Second Chance SH WCX, he produced ten puppies and four of these puppies have had formal hunt test training. All of the puppies from this litter are quick learners and grasp new concepts on their first attempt. Lincoln is one of 14 field champions sired by FC AFC Hawkeye's Candlewood Shadow. His dam, Dutchman's Ithchin' To Shine MH was sired by 2x's NFC & CNAFC, FC, CFC Ebonstar Lean Mac. Lincon's pedigree boast's 16 National Field Champions in five generations and are mostly 'Hall of Fame' dogs. This same line consistently produces the best competitors, hunting companions and family pets. Lincoln completed his Field Champion Title in 2010 and was one of 104 dogs that qualified for the 2010 NRC Open. Lincoln led all scoring through the 6th series and was handled by Alan Pleasant. NFC Hunters Run BooBoo eventually became the winner of the 2010 NRC Open. Lincoln has continued to compete earning three Senior and one Master Hunt Test passes, going 4 for 4. He has been able to easily make the transition from field trials to hunt tests. His owner, continues to train Lincoln with the Blue Ridge Retriever Club and really enjoys duck hunting with him.
