This is our first cross between these two dogs, but I am expecting greatness in the pups! Coach always throws super nice pups, with a lot of bird drive and go. Pumpkin brings in more of a dual pedigree, but having trained several of her close relations who were exceptional retrievers, I have no doubt that she will throw that same kind of dog. Some darker yellow expected, pups will mature to 50-65 lb, great hunting/family companion dogs.
