Aerosmith is a solidly built, evenly masked, tri-color male that weighs 50 lbs. He is stylish in motion with a long, smooth gait. He is natural and honest and wants to get the birds pointed. He is lofty and intense on point. Aerosmith is a friendly dog with a want-to-please attitude. He gets along extremely well with people and other dogs and loves attention. He is from the proven nick of Shaquille by Choice—a line-breeding to Houston that has produced outstanding grouse dogs like Northwoods Chablis, Chardonnay, Lager and Porter.

In the field, Aerosmith is close-to-medium ranging and easy handling. He works his ground very well and doesn't tire easily. He is steady-to-wing-and-shot on liberated quail. Aerosmith naturally backs and has retrieved pigeons and grouse. He has been hunted on sharp-tailed and ruffed grouse and woodcock. He has been conditioned from a four-wheeler, traveled frequently, been on a stake-out chain and knows basic commands such as Here, Kennel, Heel and Whoa. He is ecollar conditioned. His OFA preliminary hip rating is Good.
