Brittany Pups for Sale - Brittany Spaniels in Grover Hill, Ohio - Thorn Bottom Hunting KennelsWe have orange/white and liver/white Brittany Pups, $400, registered, dew claws removed and tails docked, although five were born with a natural bobbed tail. We own and operate Thorn Bottom Hunting in NW Ohio for 13 years. Britts will do what is necessary to get you your bird. They may move after a point to pin the bird between you and him or another dog and him. They commonly make 150 yard to 400 yard retrieves (I don't always have the best shooters). This winter the father of the one litter tried to retrieve a crippled pheasant on the ice but when Oliver got to the bird, his weight broke ice and the pheasant dove. Oliver made several attempts at diving but he relunctantly listened to me and abandoned the bird. He kept looking over his shoulder swimming back and then stood on bank wanting the bird to appear. The best part, they make awesome house pets and are great with children. The vets I go to are amazed at how calm and easy going my Britts are,
