Steve Jarvis Vizslas - Idaho Vizsla Breeders

I live in the San Diego area and was searching for a Vizsla companion for my rescue Vizsla. Lynn was extremely informative and had me complete a lengthy questionnaire to determine the best fit puppy for our needs. They were very strict regarding visiting the puppies prior to pickup, due to spreading infections from the outside.
There are a few Vizsla breeders near me and I have heard that there has been incidences of parvo virus. Not sure, but no puppies are available until
2027. I'm not a hunter, or plan on showing my dogs. I mountain bike and hike a lot and was looking for more a companion for my current dog and exercise buddy for me. Lynn provided me with great information on how to acclimate the puppy to his new environment and potty training. It literally took one week to potty train him.
Every Sunday after the puppies were born, Lynn sent photos & videos of the litter and then more specifically photos of mine. This was a great experience and I would wholeheartedly recommend Jarvis Vizslas! they care.

Vizsla are not for everyone. Lynn does basic vetting to help determine if you're up for the experience. You need to invest effort and time to develop a dog that will truly change your life. The Jarvis' vizslas are top breeding lines for health, recreation, and personality. Steve and Lynn are very special folks who reliably provide incredible expert support along with beautiful loving puppies.
We're just getting started with Hazel, but can already tell she is an amazing addition to our family.

These are solid breeders! They're great at communicating and excellent at what they do. The vizsla we brought home is steady, well-mannered, has great recall skills and shows a good hunting instinct.
She goes everywhere with us and is already my daughters' best friend. She's eager to learn and catches on quickly. I have recommended Jarvis Vizsla to a couple people now.

Steve & Lynn were easy to deal with and they have excellent bloodlines. My pup is easy to train and has so much personality.
My overall experience has been great and they kept me up to date on my puppy. The Jarvis’ breed great all around dogs that can do pretty much anything you teach them to do. Highly recommend!

We got our adorable vizsla from Steve and Lynn in May and he has been a great addition to the family. Little Casper is super smart, he is already crate trained, potty trained, and knows several commands at just 4months old. This would not be as easily done without the wonderful help from Steve; not only does he breed excellent pups but he also offers training videos/help as part of buying one of his pups. Both my boyfriend and I have texted Steve a billion times with questions and he always answers super fast. In fact, last time he even went to the trouble of filming a video for us to understand. I mention Steve Jarvis vizslas to anyone who asks where I got Casper, because we are so happy with our puppy!
