Sterling with a 7 week old half brother in early October.	These are the puppies hours after birth (in fact 2 more arrived after this photo) Sterling is an excellent first-time mom; she comes from a long line of easy whelpers/good mothers.	Lightest and darkest pups shown here. They are all handsome,thick nappy coats and big square heads. Pups are 12 days in this photo.
Pups at 2 weeks old	Their eyes are all open and the puppies are starting to give little practice barks and growls.	One week old pups show a rainbow of Chesapeake colors: Deadgrass, light deadgrass, ash and brown.
This is Jenkem, the darkest male.	We are PROUD to be the home of gorgeous and rare ASH colored Chesapeakes as well as all other shades of brown, sedge, deadgrass, polar white and RARE LAVENDAR! We jokingly call our dogs SilverPeakes
