Tess is a fast, stylish retriever. She is a Grand Master Pointing Retriever (GMPR), having earned this title through the American Pointing Labrador Association (APLA). Tess also an AKC Master Hunter, and after a great year running tests and earning her title, we are looking forward to this litter. She is intense, intelligent, and runs blinds with as much flair as she runs her marks. Tess is also a natural pointing Labrador. She slams into points, has a fantastic nose, and hunts a field with style. Tess is also personable, a good house dog, and a true character. This dog has it all!

Tess has been bred to 4xGMPR Wandermer's Tazverniti MH QAA. Taz is a 4-times Grand Master Pointing Retriever in APLA, is Qualified All Age in AKC Field Trials, and earned his Master Hunter title in short order. Taz is a spectacular marker and an excellent team player. He is a strong, confident handling dog, yet runs big in the upland field and has tons of natural pointing instinct. He is also very personable, with great temperament and drive. Taz loves to work, is fun to train, and his sweet personality charms everyone he meets.

We expect the Tess x Taz puppies to have the potential to be excellent upland and waterfowl hunters, with the drive and talent to compete and run Hunt Tests. With every dog field-titled in the puppies' 3+ generation pedigree, these pups should have plenty of talent! The pups should also have a good off switch, and be great family companions as well. Young dogs from her previous litter have AKC Hunt Test titles, and are excellent hunting and family dogs. Puppies will be socialized, started on retrieving, have dewclaws removed, de-wormed, and started on vaccinations for their new homes.
