We got Rosie Belle from Leanne this past July & we are so in love with Rosie. She's a very smart springer! She doesn't bark much at all! She is beautiful!! Leanne was so nice the day we picked Rosie up. Their pups are excellent!!!

We met Leanne with her daughter in 2007 in Sioux City. My son was blessed to receive (Raven Anderson) that day as a birthday wish gift come true! We went inside the PetSmart store shortly after receiving our Beautiful ESS. A gentleman in the store was amazed at how smart the puppy was. He said he knew quality when he see's it and didn't hesitate to show us how intelligent
The breed is. He sat for us with one cue and layed down as well as speak! Not Bark but to speak! Potty training took only 3 days!. James Puppy is the love of our lives and also to extended family and friends and groomers and vet's etc.. Thankyou Leanne thank you from our hearts. The Kerker Family.

We purchased Haven from DakotaLand Spaniels in 2006. She is now 10 years old. I have had dogs my whole life sometimes two or three at a time. Haven is the best. She is so smart and was so trainable in everything. She usually won't leave my side unless she sees a gun and then she knows she is going to go out and chase some birds. It amazes me how Haven just knows things and if you do have to tell her something it will only have to be once. Best companion and house dog we will ever have.

We got Maddie around Christmas 2012 and she is the best gift we could have asked for. She is a great family dog and a natural born hunter. She is smart and such a quick learner that she was easy to train. She did a great job hunting pheasants a few days after her first birthday and this year she was even better. LeAnne and Keith were wonderful to work with and answered any questions we had.

My wife and I bought a beautiful L/W pup from Kieth and Leanne in the winter of 2011. His name was Hershey, but now comes to the name "Louie", We have had many E. S. Spaniels and Louie has been one of the most wonderful dogs we've had. We recently lost Louie's girlfriend "Sylvia" of old age and we are now considering getting a new addition to our family and a companion to bring something back into Louie's and our lives. We will most definitely contact Kieth and Leanne first. Regards to Dakotaland!

We just recently discovered Keith and Leanna with their Dakotaland Springers.
We adopted Benson just little over a week ago, not knowing much about the breeder other then that they where friendly, answered quick to any questions we had. Since we in a different state it was weird to send the money 2 weeks up front before getting Benson which got sent by plane.
On the end I have to say, Keith and Leanne they are the sweetest ever as so are the dogs. We are very pleased and happy to have Benson in our family. The whole transaction went smooth and truthfully, no hidden issues or else.
We are very pleased and happy to find the dakotaland oweners.
After we got Benson we got some responses breeders from other states which I did a little bit research on them and believe I am happy with the breeder we have chosen. There are some scams out their which are hard to recognize. Like some guys are want money up front and saying they will deliver the dog just sent the money but actually are scamers which using pictures from real breeders and put them on the net with puppies for sale. So bottom line if you want to be happy with your pupp or dog you are getting make sure you research the breeder as we did carefully and good.
Thanks Keith and Leanne you made our lives more fun with having Benson in our house.

Santa brought us our female spaniel (Tootsie) for Christmas this past Dec.2012 and she is such a wonderful addition to our family. My daughters love her so much! I would recommend DakotaLand Spaniels to everyone! Such a nice family, who seem to really care about the pups!

My husband and I bought Maddi Mae back in 2010. She has been a blessing to our family. she has made our lives so much better. she is wonderful with our kid 7 and 3 months old, as well as my daycare kids. She is the best dog we have ever owned. we always have people wanting to take her since she is so well behaved and has such a wonderful temperament. We will defiantly be getting another puppy from Dakota land spaniels.

We bought our first pup right after we got married in '05 and decided to get her a sister on '06, both from Keith and Leanne Lefers. We don't hunt with them, they are strictly companions, and take that job very seriously! Both are super sweet, I take them too work (I'm a horse trainer in FL) and am referred too as the girl with the pretty dogs. They are friends with all kids of the neighborhood and also the barn cats :) 2 yrs ago a pro horse photographer took some shots of them and they've been featured in 2012 and now 2013 springer calendars!! I'm hoping they last forever but I know they won't, and our next springer will certainly come from Dakota Land ..
