It was a pleaseure working with Jackie from start to finish. We really felt like we knew our puppy from all the photos on FaceBook from birth til when we were able to pick him up! Milo is almost 11 weeks now and an adorable puppy. He will be a family companion dog for us and is great with my 3 boys ages 8, 5, & 5-- as well as our cat. We recently purchased "Captain", our now 9 week old German Shorthaired Pointer from Hand Farms & GSP's. Our experience with them was fantastic and I wanted to share that. Dale and Jackie run a first rate business! We found the Hand's on a social networking site and inquired about purchasing a GSP. Once initial contact was made, we were added to a list for a puppy. Within several weeks we were contacted and told we would be receiving a puppy from their upcoming litter. We had constant communication with Jackie during this time in which she answered any questions we had very promptly. Through their website and social networking site, they provided us with weekly pictures and videos of the litter. We live approximately 125 miles from the Hand's farm so it was important for us to be able to see the puppies regularly. When it was our turn to choose a puppy, we were provided with numerous pictures of the available puppies and given ample time to make our decision.

Through their website, we were able to view the pedigree of both the dame and sire which was very important to us. When the day finally arrived for us to pick Captain up, we traveled to the Hand's Farm. Once there, we were greeted by Jackie and Dale who were very welcoming. After being introduced to our new puppy, they provided us with a tour of their facility. Everything was immaculately clean; the area where the puppies had been living was modern and seemed like a very comfortable area for them. We were introduced to all of their dogs and their living facilities which were equally impressive as those the puppies had been in. They allowed me to rub a towel on Captain's mother so he could have her scent at his new home. Dale provided me with quail wings to assist me in my training of Captain. We spent nearly an hour touring the facilities and speaking with Jackie and Dale. Needless to say, I was very impressed by everything I saw and the knowledge the owners possessed about GSP's.

Hand Farms & GSP's is a first rate breeder! It was a pleasure dealing with them from initial contact until pick up and they still regularly check on how Captain is doing. Their friendliness coupled with their professionalism was very comforting and we knew we had found the right breeders to purchase our puppy from. I would recommend the Hand's to anyone searching for a high quality GSP with championship pedigree. In fact, we already have our name on their list to purchase another puppy next year. If you are searching for a professional, high quality breeder whose facilities are second to none, Hand Farms & GSP's are the people for you!

We have had nothing but a first-class experience with Hand Farms and German Shorthair Pointers. Jackie and Dale Hand have been so great throughout the entire process. The Hands have kept us updated with photos of the puppies and have let us know what we need to do to prepare and care for our puppy once we got him. This is our first puppy and we could not have asked for a better set of breeders to prepare our new puppy for the real world. I asked to visit the puppies before they were old enough to go home and we were welcomed with open arms. The facilities where the puppies are raised are spacious and clean and the puppies have a tremendous amount of room to run and grow with their litter mates. We could not be happier with our experience or our puppy and we hope to use Hand GSP's in the future for new additions to our family.

The Hands are great breeders of GSP. We visited their farm and the kennels were amazing. They take pride in their dogs and farm. We are so very pleased with our pup. Our pup is 10 weeks old and is already progressing on obedience. It is very evident that our pup was well socialized with both people and other dogs. I would get another pup from them if I have the opportunity.

Dale and Jackie are wonderful folks and they breed and raise very good dogs. Over the past several years, I've had the pleasure of hunting over a number of their dogs and have never been diasappointed with their performance. This fall I hunted over Brogden's Ty, the sire of the pup I just purchased, and he again did a great job, making it easy for me to want a pup out of his line. Saddie, the female I just purchased, seems to be a natural already and has all the qualities I was looking for in a pup. The Hands run an excellent clean kennel, their dogs are working hunting dogs that are hunt regularly, they communicated with me constantly and shared information all along the way, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a well-bred, intelligent, and hard-hunting GSP. I would have no qualms buying from them again or recommending them to friends who want a good hunting dog.

They were both, Jackie and Dale, extremely helpful with everything. They let me come visit the puppy at 5 and a half weeks old just to meet him. They posted pictures every week of the puppies just to see how they were growing. But that's just the business side of it, their dogs are some of the most behaved, beautiful dogs I've ever seen. My pup is only 8 weeks old and is already potty trained. Couldn't have been more happy with the process of how I got my dog, and who I got it from.

We love Brody, our male German Shorthaired Pointer we got from the Hand's. They were very informative from the time of deposit all the way until pick up. Even letting my wife and I come see the pups and parents both parents before he was ready to go home. If I was looking for another shorthair, I would certainly call them first!

By far best GSP/dog breeder I've ever had the opportunity to deal with. The pup was in great condition when we got him, also he interacts very well with the family. Another plus it that he already loves to retrieve at 9 weeks. I look forward to seeing how far this dog will go as a hunting partner and also a family pet. I wouldn't buy a pup from anywhere else except Hand Farms.

Our experience was awesome. Hand Farms was wonderful to work with in getting our new addition. Jackie sent us updated pics of our pup until he was ready to come home. wWe would definitely go to them again when we are in need of another pup.
