Welcome to Weeland Kennels. Our kennel is a small family run kennel located in south central Minnesota. We take pride in our German Shorthair Pointers (GSP). We believe all of our dogs in our kennel are the total package. They all have a natural hunting ability and are great family pets. We believe our dogs are extremely trainable in and out of the field. Our dogs are close ranging dogs in the field and love to be close to you when they are not out working. Every dog in the kennel is treated the same as they all get daily one on one attention including exercise, bird work, socialization, ect. During the hunting season every dog in the kennel gets an opportunity to hunt.

We have two or three litters a year. From time to time we offer started or finished dogs. We also will train a couple dogs at a time. Over the past 8 years of raising/breeding GSP's we have never had a dog come back to us with any health problems. Our customers are and will continue to be 100% satisfied. We sell our dogs for an affordable price no matter if it is a pup, started or finished dog. We do not raise GSP's to become rich, we raise them because we love our dogs and want to share them with others. Thanks for expressing interest in our dogs. Remi is doing great! He is out walking every day in a State Park area that is high grass/wooded and sees lots of deer and just about a week ago he flushed out 4 hens from some grass. My husband was so proud. It's amazing what comes natural to him. Thanks

Sage is doing great. Had her into the vet 6 weeks ago, she's was 31 lbs at 5 months old. I think she's going to a bit bigger then her mother. Walking her in the woods I can see she's going to be a great hunter, always has her nose to the ground and moving at high speed. She's a lot of fun and we enjoy having her as part of the family. thanks

A few months ago we took our 6 mo old gsp (Champ) to Weeland Kennels for training and boy did we get results. Ben and John did a great job. They were sure to keep me updated the entire time they had Champ. On the day of pickup they showed us everything Champ learned. They also showed us what we needed to do to keep Champ sharp on what she was taught. This is the first time I have ever had a dog that listens to everything I say. If you are in need in training I would highly suggest Weeland Kennels.

I purchased a puppy from Weeland Kennels several months ago for a present for my husband. I must say my husband was a little surprised when I brought him home, but he has fell in love with him and they are best freinds. Gunner is so smart. He learned his commands right away and had his nose to the ground when my husband took him hunting. He is also well behaved aroung litter kids. He has been a great addition to our family. I purchased a pup from weeland kennels a couple of years ago and it was the best gsp i have ever had. He was pointing birds for me when he was 6 mo old. All I had to do is teach him his manners and he did the rest. The first time I put him in the weeds he was all buisness. He has also been a great addition to our family. Hey! My name is Christina V. and we got a pup from u this summer from the litter of 9! We named her Elly Jane (since she's from Janesville)Ryan. We love her and she is a happy healthy puppy. Ben, A quick update on Harvey (male #3 from Cooter x Elsie). He is doing great; quick to learn and our 3 year old daughter LOVES him.
