About LISH KENNELS

AKC German Shorthaired Pointers. We will be expecting puppies around Valentines Day 2009. The sire is out of Snowcreek Kennels and is liver patched and ticked. Out of the 14 dogs on his pedigree, 12 are titled with titles including CH, MH, AB, DC, CD, and JH. The dam is black and white and is out of VC INT CH Sharp Shooter's F-Five, MH "Twister". ( Here is a link to his picture and pedigree http://www.takeaimkennels.com/studdogs.htm#Twister ). This is the first breeding between the pair. But, we are expecting liver and white (some roans) and some black and whites. We have used this stud before with another female with outstanding results with regard to the pups. Both beauty and brains. These dogs are excellent companions and have a ton of natural ability. Making them a great addition to the family but also easily trainable for field work. These pups could also be used for show in the conformation ring as both parents have champion lineage and compliment eachother.

"Sugar" the dam and "Hank" the sire are both accomplished hunters. I own the dam and we hunt dove, quail, chukar, grouse, phesant, ducks, and geese. This dog will go all day. She is eager to please because hunting is what she loves to do. Sportsman's Warehouse measures phesant tail feathers for a contest in our area and this year Sugar dog and I have the longest tail feather. I attribute this to my dog. She has a great nose on her and really is just a great dog to hunt with. And this only her second year! Hank and his dad also love to hunt, as you can see in the pics of Hanks. Also both Hank and Sugar come from families with young children. These dogs make excellent family pets as they are gentle and obiedient.

Puppies of this litter will have tails docked at 40% and dew claws removed. Also first vaccinations will be given. The cost of a puppy is $600. We are curently accepting deposits to hold your pick. First come first served. Deposits are $200 and non-refundable. We are expierenced in flying our puppies out to those who live beyond driving distance. Puppies can be flown to most major airports and even some smaller ones across the U.S. The cost to fly a pup is $400.00. This includes a health certificate from a certified vet for your puppy, airline approved travel carrier, delivery to the airport, and the flight. We also accept credit cards through PayPal (please ad 4% service fee). Pictures of the puppies will be posted when they are born, and updated weekly. Pedigrees of the parents can be emailed upon request. Please email or call for additional info on this litter.

We have a pup from the last litter. She is a wonderful dog ,very eager to please and has already won a blue ribbon for her first level of obedience. We had her shipped to Canada and Kymberly was so helpful. Would buy a pup again from Lish Kennels!
