They are patient, sensitive to surroundings, intelligent and very willing to do the correct thing. They do not like to upset you. They listen and learn quick, very obedient, will calm down quick in the house on their warm cozy bed. This breed is very versatile going from the outdoors right into the warm house. I have taken these dogs across the country to Montana in the backseat of the truck and we don’t have a problem. Once we stop at the pet friendly hotel, they get in the elevator right next to all the kids coming in from the pool with all their swimming noodles and floats. I would say these dogs are very very aware of their surroundings and they act accordingly. Very pleased with all my llews .They need good exercise when they are young.
