Hi Kim, Wanted to let you know that Milo is doing great! He is 18# as of this morning. We are having so much fun with him. Spent a week at Swan Lake, MT last week and he did a little swimming and rode in the boat. He has been a well traveled dog! Thank You!

Hi Kim, I decided to name her Piper and she is doing really well. It is incredible how much she has grown in just this last week and has become super playful. Everyone I encounter absolutely loves her and is very impressed with the skills she has already developed for fetching. She is going to grow up into a super wonderful girl, I couldn't be happier. Hi Kim, Just thought I would drop you a note, Peach is doing fine, 10 years young and having a great time, she did break her foot this summer but recovered very well. Kate is AWESOME!!!Peach is a good hunter but Kate is the best dog and hunter I have ever had the pleasure of having. For a two and half year old dog she is outstanding. We had a tremendous fall hunt this year. There is a danger of loosing the sage grouse hunt and I realized I needed twenty grouse to have shot 1000 during my life. We hunted seriously, Kate winded some birds at great distances, a couple times we were riding from one cover to another and she began whining, I stopped, got my stuff and put her and Peach out, sure enough we put up grouse in short order. We got out 1000th sage grouse in late Sept. In addition Kate made some great retrieves on ducks and other upland game. So far this season she and Peach have managed to help me bag, chukar, sage grouse, blue grouse, ruffed grouse, ducks, dove, turkey and ring necks. Peach and Kate are wonderful hunters and awesome friends, Thank you for breeding such a beautiful line of golden retrievers. They have made my life much happier and enjoyable. Scout found his first dead bird in the yard! He was so proud of himself and so were we! He is doing so good and growing so fast. We can't imagine not having him. Thanks

Hello Kim, I have been thinking about you and everyday I set out to email you some pictures and send you a note. We started harvesting the day after we got home and celebrated three family birthdays. We have not had a dull moment. The boys named the puppy "Scout". He is doing great and did very well on the trip home. He is a little ball of energy! What a sweetie! We all adore him and just love him so much! He is doing well with potty training and is starting to tell us when he needs to go. He loves being outside especially when there is water. He is really using his nose well finding all kinds of things we may or may not want him to have. We drag him along where every we go. I want to Thank You for everything the day we got him! It was so nice to finally get to meet you in person. We really enjoyed visiting with you and seeing your dogs. Thanks again.

We got our golden girl from Ponderay Kennels almost 3 years ago. She is an amazing retriever, hiking companion and family dog. Mike and Kim were knowledgeable and easy to work with when selecting our pup.
