We only do one litter every other year. We only have 1 female that we have bred at a time. Our females are bred at ages 2, 4 and 6. After their last litter they are spayed and thus retired from breeding. We typically keep 1 puppy from the last litter to carry on the legacy. The breeder we work with helps us pick a quality female. He then trains her and uses that time to evaluate which of his stud dogs would be best suited to pair her with. The pair are then used together for all future breeding's to maintain simplicity with the pedigree's. About the Puppies: Our puppies have their dewclaws removed and tails docked. We de-worm them on a standard schedule. They have their initial veterinarian examination where they get their first round of vaccinations before they go home. You will receive the records from our veterinarian when you come to pick up your puppy. When they are no longer dependent on their mother they are crated at night and during the day while we are gone. They are in the house with us while we are home. We take them outside on a regular basis to kick-start potty training once they are old enough. We take them out both on and off a leash. They are familiarized with stairs and doggy doors. They are around our small children and exposed to other older kids as well. The puppies are available for Full Registration. The litter will be registered with AKC and NAVHDA. Deposit due to secure picking order - balance due at 5 weeks - puppies go home at 7 weeks. Dam & Grand Dam on site.
