Like an earlier comment, my prime 6 year old Brittany met her demise, when a care taker’s kennel door was unlatched, letting her out and a truck ran her done. Looking for a new pup, I got so lucky!!! Anna B Kennels had a litter available w a female, that I got. Celtic is now 10 months old and has hunted grouse, woodcock, pheasant, and quail in four states. She is so very smart, has a great nose and is a wonderful family member.

Our Calinthe (Callie: Christmas Orchid) is now 3. We lost our first Brittany to tragedy and were looking for another pup. John Meyers, a local outdoor writer, knew our story and hooked us up with Gregg and crew. The hardest part of selecting a Britt from this kennel is going home with only one. Callie has taken to obedience and pointing like a champ. Her retrieving, unlike Leala, our first Britt, is slower to come. But she’s so smart, I’m sure she’ll be excellent in that department too. She’s hunted three years straight in ND/MT and lives pheasants, Huns, and sharpies. A perfect hunting dog. A perfect family dog.

My wife, two sons and I are very pleased to have Massoglia's Princess Emma Rose "Emma" as a new addition to our family. I found out about Emma from a friend who was grouse hunting Emma's sister Katie. Emma provided two litters of pups to Anna B. Rose Kennels and Greg Massoglia was now looking for a good retirement home for this 6 year old sweet heart. She is our second Brittany. Emma has been with us for three weeks now. She fit right in and has hunted every day. She is very smart, intutitive and tractable in both field and woods. She is personable and will return as much affection as she is given but is never "pushy". She is the kind of dog that is very easy to be around. Emma is a great hunter. I took her to a youth pheasant hunt that the local DNR wildlife manager and I sponsored and she did a great job! The kids were amazed at how she would find those birds and lock on a rock solid point showing them right where the bird was. Emma really impressed me however when she retrieved dead and crippled birds and brought them right to my hand! I don't know much about dog breeding as I am just a hunter but I do know an honest caring man and a dog that's been well treated when I see them. I care about a dog that can hunt and that has the right personality. Emma has both.
