About Coldwater Labrador Retrievers
Field ability is important to us but so is genetic health, intelligence and having a dog that is an easily trained and gentle family dog. We raise our pups in our home with love, introduce them to birds, gun fire, water (weather permitting), start crate training, house training and take them for car rides. They are vaccinated, given kennel cough preventative, de wormed and given heartworm preventative. Our dogs are not the high energy dogs that run field trials, but they are birdie, hard running and can easily compete in hunt tests and become outstanding waterfowl and upland hunters. Very quick reply, honest and professional breeder who I was impressed with. Puppies were very well cared for, well socialized, happy and healthy. Great ability to match the best puppies with our family according to our needs. We initially intended to purchase one puppy from this breeder but she had two that fit what we were looking for. We purchased one outright and she was kind enough to set us up with her interest free payment plan for another and so we took two home! We are very very pleased and the breeder is very knowledgeable in training and all aspects of dogs. They are both very healthy and are turning out to be outstanding hunting dogs. One is a better Phesant dog than any of the pointers I have had and the other is a super duck dog. Both do upland very well. VERY PLEASED!
