Here at Coldwater Canyon, our Drahthaar dogs are a love and a passion. We raise and train these magnificent dogs for our own hunting use in all different types of terrain and uses.  That is Why the Drahthaar is the breed of choice for us. Versatility says it all.

Through our involvement with the Verein Deutsch Drahthaar and it's rigourous testing system, we have come to respect the breed for what it has become and the hard work that is involved in each and every one of the dogs that are in our dogs pedigree. It is with this respect that we offer our puppies to good hunting homes that will utilize the skills that these magnificent dogs have to offer.
