We are a small breeder and have been training and breeding dogs for 10 years. I have had 4 different Breeds of dogs. We love and now work with Bracco Italianos. Even though we are a small breeder, I believe in the genes of a dog. We purchased our male (stud) Zeus from (AA Wing A Foot), because of the strong Championship pedigree. I noticed Zues during last year hunting season being only 1 year-old. he moved very slow and methodical. Most dogs run 100 MPH trying to cover a lot of ground, there by, blowing past birds as I have seen dogs do in the past. He was always focused on the scent cone as was my female (Ruby). We focus on health, obedience, and stamina. One thing I have realized from my experience in this breed, is they have a very soft temperament and you can break a dogs spirit if you go over board being harsh to correct. That being said, they are the most intelligent, loving, dogs I have ever trained and have an easy going temperament and are eager to learn. They are great around my grandkids, other people, and dogs. We mainly hunt wild chukars, pheasants, and ducks, five months out of the year. Hunting more than your average hunter, two to three times a week. We belong to NAVDHA and Utah Chukar foundation.
