Regal Point Vizslas - Texas Vizsla Breeders

I contacted Debbie Sullivan 2 years ago looking for a demonstration service dog puppy. Right away Debbie went over the pros and cons of the vizsla breed, and asked me about my life style and job. She found me a puppy in her Rubi x Cupid litter, and Jozsi has changed my life more than I ever imagined. He has a fantastic temperment, and accompanies me across the country visiting schools and introducing the public to service dogs and their many abilities. I get compliments on him everywhere! He is such a gorgeous individual with a personality to match. We were recently in Az, where he was loved on by over 1200 kids in 3 days. He never batted an eye. At the same time, he isn't pushy with kids who are uncomfortable around dogs. He is an amazing ambassador! Debbie has been amazingly supportive, always answering the phone or calling me back to answer whatever questions I had-big or small. She has treated me like a member of her family, and I absolutely could not have found a better person to introduce me to the breed, and dog showing in general. If you are looking for a supportive breeder who truly cares about the dogs she brings into this world, look no further! Thanks to Jozsi, I have found a new hobby in dog showing, and my perfect breed. I will never have another dog like him, but when I look, I will always go to Debbie!

Strangers stop and watch our Vizsla run and when she is on point they stare. Our Pie (as in Sweet Potato Pie) is from the mating of Ruby and Cupid and is about 15 months old and a beautiful girl she is. Her beauty is not just skin deep however, and none of it is by accident.

I had researched Vizslas and researched breeders and eventually called Regal Point Vizslas. From my first conversation with Debbie Sullivan I had a good feeling. She evoked responsibility and concern in finding good homes for her puppies. This included an extensive "Puppy Application" to get to know us.

I have come to know the simple reason why she is so careful finding homes for her puppies. She loves them.

Debbie puts a great deal of effort into breeding her lines and certifying parents health. I know that in Pie's litter they all had scheduled vet care. She worked with each puppy on it's development from day one and they all underwent personality testing before they were paired with their new families. ( I was leery about this as I wanted to pick our own puppy.) Well, Debbie thought that I should have the one I picked who had actually picked me!!! When we took Pie home at 9 weeks she came with a notebook of lineage, certifications, developmental report cards (starting from 1 day old), contracts, pictures and puppy care tips. Pie easily adjusted to her new life with us and I think it was because she had such a good start.

The Sullivans (Debbie and her husband, Stephen) have always been easy to call or e-mail to ask questions about anything concerning Pie. Debbie has done many things to help us in her care and is interested in her development. I find it incredible that Debbie can look at Pie and say that she is developing like her half sister did, or that she talks like her father, etc.

As for Pie- she is loyal, intelligent, versatile, athletic and brings great joy to our lives. When she sees Debbie every couple of months or so she wiggles all over with excitement even if Debbie is across the hall at a crowded dog show. Perhaps, that is the best recommendation for Debbie and Regal Point Vizslas. Debbie's puppies love her.

Everything you would expect in a quality breeder and more! Debbie has been a wealth of info and has continued her support as my dog has matured. My dog is well adjusted, loves people, and she is extremely smart. She has an excellent temperament and is absolutely beautiful. Debbie has worked with my dog in the show ring and in the field. I have owned a number of vizslas in the past, I can honestly say, Regal Point Vizsla is the BEST OF BREEDERS!

Debbie Sullivan is an impeccable breeder. I knew that I wanted to add a show dog to my kennel and after a great amount of research I knew that she was capable of breeding such a dog. Debbie has a great eye for dog flesh not only has she been a great mentor and taught me alot about the show ring she has taken the time to study and put together all the right ingridients into her breeding program. Mason (GCH, CH, Regal Point Pinnacle Of Kilauea)is a testamony to this by 11 months of age Mason had already finished his show championship with 4 major wins, 3 best in sweepstakes a best puppy and puppy sporting group win. Mason at 13 months of age took best of opposite sex in sweepstakes and in breed at the Vizsla Club of America Nationals held this past September. Mason was invited to compete in this years Eukanuba Invitational Dog Show. Mason at 15 months of age has won multi Best of Breeds and Group placements as a special.
