I am a full time hunting guide. Been training bird dogs for eight years, and have world class English Cockers! My cockers are trained to work close in the field behined pointers, and on command will range large when solo hunted. They flush and retrive! Their vocabulary is hup(sit), birds up, here or 3 beeps with english whisle, hunt'em'up (hunt big to find bird, solo flushing), dead bird, load up.

Eric and I met a couple of times a Joshua Creek, where I first fell in love with the English Cocker. Joshua Creek had a couple of litters and so I picked my dog, with the help of Eric. Eric made a recommendation which turned out wonderful for both me and my Brittany, Aero. Now Aero and I hunt with Chapo, the cocker in the family. We are a great 3-man team, with Aero out front pointing and Chapo flushing and retrieving. Chapo is a fanatic when it comes to flushing and retrieving. He is the most loyal and loving dog I've ever seen. He's also incredibly jealous, but that's what you get when dealing with a creature of such strong drive and passion. I'm very grateful to Aero and Joshua Creek.

Eric, I just returned from two days dove hunting in Uvalde with Dudley and Mimi. Not only was the retrieving of both dogs fantastic Dudley was happy to join other hunters after I had stopped for the morning and retrieve their birds. They were both great and are now snoozing. A great job and all down to your training

My English Golden Retriever ‘Jammer’ trained with Eric Harrison for about four weeks this year on pheasant and quail. In that time Eric was able to perfect Jammer’s flushing and retrieving ability. Our time in the field together showed me that the training Eric invested in Jammer truly allowed him to reach his hunting potential, all the while enjoying every minute of it. – George Strait

Wow! I purchased "Shiner" from Eric 2 years ago and he has been a fine little gun dog for retrieving dove and quail with just my basic retrieving training and his good instincts. Eric took him about a month ago for his finishing training. I was really impressed last Saturday when Eric and I hunted quail and pheasant over Shiner, his other Cockers and pointing dogs. Shiner had really taken to Eric's training for "birds up" and "dead bird".....Shiner performed like a Pro by himself and behing the pointers. Shiner marked and retrieved a couple of wounded birds that the other dogs passed on. Eric is a suberb guide and gub dog trainer deluxe! Get you some of this!

I have had the pleasure of hunting and guiding with Some of Eric's cockers and they are the most impressive dogs I have hunted and worked with. It is pure enjoyment to work with these cockers as flushers as well as solo hunters. They make great hunters and loyal companions, and are funny little dogs that want to please. I highly recommend Eric's cockers.

Boogie is a beattiful, liver and white, 5 year old female, English Cocker. She makes friends everwhere she goes and impresses all with her pose and personality. She is not only a loyal companion but she also has a passion for bird hunting. As it turns out she is great at it! I highly recommed breeded and dog trainer Eric Harrison and his fantastic blood line of English Cockers!
