Welcome to Cayenne Vizsla's. We are Steve And Kay Hartley from Mansfield, Texas. Our life with vizslas began in 1999 when we were searching for companion for our youngest son. Little did we know how different life would be from that moment on. Vizslas have completely changed our life and lifestyle, for the better I might add, since the first day they entered into our home. We currently compete in Conformation Shows, Field Trials, and Hunt Tests. We firmly believe as stated in the AKC Breed Standard "The qualities that make a 'dual dog' are always to be appreciated..." Further, we believe that breeding is for the primary purpose of bettering the breed, thus we advocate for health screening beyond just OFA of hips and elbows. Health and a good temperament is of equal concern to us. We strive to live by that 'dual dog' mantra and carefully choose breeding's we feel are reflective of that.
