I contacted Delana about a question I had regarding my dog, and I had never met or spoken with her. She treated me like she had always known me and tried to help me out. I hated taking up her time, but she was very willing to offer assistance, and she made me feel welcome with my questions. She is got to be one of the best and nicest trainers out there.
