I got Willow, a black female lab when she was 8 weeks old. She is about 14 months now and in her first hunting season. She has been a natural from the start. She learns quickly and is consistent with all that I heard a British lab should be, quiet, focused but full of life when hunting or playing. Her first retrieve was a blind on a Sharptail that flew over a hill after it was hit. She seemed to recognise right away it was hit and searched for it until she found it.
