Here at Wicked Wires we specialize in German Wirehaired Pointers with strong natural abilities that can be utilized in any hunting situation. We are located in Moore, Oklahoma. Having German Wirehairs affords us the ability to hunt waterfowl in the morning as well as quail and pheasant in the afternoon. We made the decision several years ago that we did not want to be limited in the type of game we could hunt with the breed we chose. Given our various hunting opportunities and personal interests having a truly versatile hunting dog was to us of the upmost importance. This is the reason we at Wicked Wires have chosen the German Wirehaired Pointer of proven NAVHDA and field-tested stock to be our hunting and family companion. In addition to evaluating our dogs in the field and water during the hunting season, we also utilize NAVHDA and AKC hunt test results in the selection of our breeding stock. We feel using such testing systems ensures we are producing truly versatile hunting dogs. We feel evaluating them in actual hunting conditions and utilizing hunt test results ensures we are producing truly versatile hunting dogs.
