About True Grit Pointing Labs
True Grit Pointing labs is a small family run business. We raise one or two litters a year. We hunt our dogs on waterfowl and upland. Our dogs run AKC hnt tests as well as APLA hunt tests. I run the dogs in the National Upland Classics tournament series as well. Our dogs are succesful in all venues. We use several professional trainers to assist us in acheiving our goals. I try and buy the best pedigreed dogs available and then test them to see what they can do before breeding any of them. We not only breed for point but also trainablity and pure hunting ability.

I bought a wonderful pup from Mike in 2014. Mike was easy to work with and the dog was everything he said it would be. I had my own line for 30 years and had great pointing labs that were awesome in the water. This dog is the smartest,easiest to train, energetic dog I have had. And when you bring her home from the field she shuts the switch off to lay in the dog bed with the grandkids pulling at her for hours. I have contacted Mike to see if he is still breeding pointing labs.
