About Finger Lakes Griffons
We are a family operation, devoted to raising healthy dogs with a great temperament and exceptional hunting ability.
Our 2022 litter was nine exceptional puppies that were all placed around New York, and Pennsylvania, and we have stayed in contact with the families. We are very proud of the development of our Griffon line.
The schedule is not working out for a 2024 breeding, but we do plan on having a litter again early next year, and hope to have puppies available in the spring or early summer.
We are happy to talk with prospective owners and already have five on our informal waiting list. Once the breeding has occurred, we will be accepting deposits, and Formalizing the waitlist.

We came across Finger Lakes Griffons on this website. We were in search of a breeder fairly close to us. We expected to get a puppy but ended up with a wonderful ‘extended Griff family’. We regularly share pictures and stories of the puppies and their adventures. Kimber is by far the best dog we’ve owned. Wonderful temperament, healthy, and ready to go in the field or take a nap on the couch. We feel truly blessed. I would recommend Finger Lakes Griffons to anyone looking for a quality dog and a best friend.

We are blessed to have met Bob and Mary who worked with us on receiving a male puppy from their griff Linda’s first litter. Their communication was top notch and the care and commitment to finding quality homes for their pups was outstanding. Anyone who has the opportunity to receive a pup from Finger Lakes Griffons will not be disappointed. They are an A+++ breeder.

We have raised sporting dogs for over 30 years, but only recently heard of the WPG. Our first experience with Griffs came from spending time with Bob and Mary’s dog, Linda, who was a well-socialized, intelligent and energetic family member. Wanting to add a Griffon to our pack, we visited the puppies on a weekly basis and chose two pups from her 2023 litter. Daisy and Reba are the best pups-loyal, affectionate, fun and intelligent. They also are hunters. We look forward to many years with these wonderful dogs!
