About Two Rivers Kennels - Wirehaired Pointing Griffons
We are a family run kennel that hunts over our dogs, they do everything from, pointing, retrieving, and tracking wounded game. We love our dogs and they are treated like family. We were blessed to learn about this breed and their ability to work in the field at such an extremely high level yet being a welcome pet/member of the family in the house. The desire to please that these dogs display is incredible. We prefer to place our pups in the homes of hunting families as these dogs are truly at home in the field, but will also sell to active families or individuals who are adamant about making thier pup a member of the family. I absolutely made the best choice when I picked Two Rivers Kennel for my first Griff. They made certain I was going to hunt and they matched me perfectly with Freya. She is my buddy and hunting companion. We probably hunted 3 times a week last season when she had turned two. She's retrieved huns, pheasants, sharptails, doves, sage grouse and Canada geese. Her swimming is remarkable and she loves the water. This fall more waterfowl hunting.
