I've been training Bird Dogs professionally for 55 years. I have trained quite a few dogs for Grimm. I've worked with his personal adult dogs and with a few of his pups when he began breeding. His bloodlines are well chosen for good temperament AND good bird hunters, and his pups sure show it. Lovely temperaments, easy to work with, and they seem to learn quickly and retain what they have learned. Nice dogs.
