About PointABird German Shorthaired Pointers
We at PointABird German Shorthairs believe in producing quality German Shorthaired Pointers that are healthy, versatile and conform to the American Kennel Club Standard for the breed. Sound temperament, trainability and natural hunting ability are all important traits we infuse in our GSPs, thus giving them the advantage to excel in and out of the bird field. Our GSPs actively participate and hold titles, points or certificates in AKC Conformation Shows, UKC Conformation Shows, International Shows, AKC field events, German Shorthaired Pointer Club of America (GSPCA) water retrieving tests and the North American Versatile Hunting Dog Association (NAVHDA). Each of our German Shorthaired Pointers is certified free of hip/elbow dysplasia, cardiac and eye abnormalities by the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) and the Canine Eye Registration Foundation (CERF).  We are an AKC Breeder of Merit.      Â
