We are a small blue collar kennel that was initially developed by my dad in 1939. I have been raising, training, and hunting gundogs all my life. We are located in the eastern upper peninsula of Michigan in the heart of grouse country. We specialize in controllable foot hunting gundogs. It is our belief any bird dog that can consistently handle ruffed grouse can adapt easily to any other type of bird. We also specialize in beagles that can handle deep powder snow in cold conditions. We are extremely proud of the caliber of dog we are consistently producing. We feel the caliber of hunter that continues to purchase our pups confirms this; as well as high caliber of testimonials we have received. We feel by spending three weeks each fall in the Dakota's hunting pheasants, sharp-tail, and huns that this reaffirms our feelings our dogs are extremely versatile. Each dog raised is guaranteed for hunting ability, health, and temperament. We feel we are confident we are producing some of the best WILD bird dogs anywhere and at an extremely fair price!
