R.S. Kennels - Iowa German Shorthaired Pointer Breeders

Welcome to R.S. Kennels.  We breed German Shorthair Pointers and train all pointing breeds.  We have been breeding for five years.  We currently do not have any litters but will be expecting in June.  We currently are taking $100 deposits for futures litters.  Pedigrees of our dogs are available apon request. 

We train all pointing breeds.  We charge $1000 to train a dog not including feed and birds.  We train dogs of all ages.  Our training program consists of three stages: Stage 1- Inrto to birds and guns. Stage 2- Basic Obedience(Kennel, Whoa, Here, Heel) Stage 3- Force(Hold/Fetch, Steady to Wing and Shot, Backing) Dogs will all go through our conditioning cycle (Road Running, Field work, Swimming, and Food Rationing)  Training is usually completed within three to four months depending on Dog.
