About Eagle Lake Kennels
Eagle Lake Kennels is currently retired. P>Eagle Lake Kennels provides Large Munsterlander puppies of the highest quality breeding possible to hunting homes. Large Munsterlanders are versatile hunting dogs and we have hunted most every type of bird including upland and water fowl with these great dogs as companions. LM's are also great family dogs. Because of this combination they fit well in a hunting family. With a great need for exercise and a high drive for prey they may not fit well in a non-hunting home and would certainly be lost to follow up for breeding purposes. It is for this reason that we will not place in a non-hunting home. Our LM's and puppies are registered by the LMCNA (Large Munsterlander Club of North America), and our breedings are approved by their stringent guidelines. Our dogs are tested by the North American Versatile Hunting Dog Association (NAVHDA). The breed dogs have all met minimum standards for breeding. Please visit our website for more information. The sires of both our A and B litter have attained the highest possible accolades of NAVHDA and in the case of Odin (B litter sire) has achieved the highest accolades in both Germany and North America.
