Our purpose is to promote the fine hunting qualities Field Weimaraners posses. Coupled with excellent hunting desire, stamina, power and superb noses (they were used in the early 60's on the White Sands Missile range to locate missile fragments). Weimaraners' are also fantastic family members and highly intelligent. Through extremely selective breeding, we aim to produce excellent Field Trial / Gun Dogs.
Our pups have been gently exposed to water (they are comfortable in water and easily swim).
They've also been carefully exposed to a shots from a starter pistol and live quail and likewise are at ease. One has to be careful for around quail- for the quail sakes though!
All pups are pointing and likewise showing the inherited trait from their Dam, of honoring a point.
We will assist in all phases of training for our litters.
