Lightly Started Brittany Pup - American Brittanys in Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania - Royal Flush Farms

Dion is a 16 week old lightly started male pup available. He is a very nice quality pup and showing us what we like to see in a pup his age. He is well socialized, attentive, engaging, and curious. He does well with other peer aged puppies as well as takes social ques from adult dogs well. We would consider him a very nice hunting/companion prospect and he's competition quality. He is bold, independent, and confident in the field. He is well connected and has been well started off leash both running along and gang running puppies. We'd consider him to typically and consistently be performing in the upper 1/2 of his peer group. He shows keen interest in birds - both pointing and retrieving. Early in bird introduction he showed great interest in pointing and was using his nose (and not sight pointing). After the flush he's seeking scent to try to determine location of the bird. He loves carrying dead birds and we have been working to build drive while balancing his lovely point. He's on track to have a blank gun intro very soon as well. He has age appropriate leash manners, crate trained, pretty well housebroken, and started on basic commands/house manners. He is through all his puppy vaccines aside he needs his final Lyme booster. Parents are health tested to CHIC levels and have very nice proven pedigrees.
