About Piddle Creek Kennels
Piddle Creek Kennels/Yellow River Game Farm are located in Northwest Wisconsin just two miles off highway 63. I specialize in top quality chocolate labs but also have black and yellow labs from time to time and one to three litters of German Shorthair Pointers per year. Check out my website (in need of updating) for pups and started dogs. I have titled five of my own chocolate labs and one yellow lab as AKC Master Hunters and have more that will be moving on to the Master level next year. More than 15 of my own dogs have titled as AKC Junior Hunters and many are titled senior hunters. I am the breeder for and co-owner of FeldJaeger's Klaus, a NAVHDA versatile Champion, MH and Int. CH GSP. All of my breeding dogs are OFA certified for hips and elbows and have yearly CERF exams, done at an eye clinic that I sponsor yearly at the game farm. EIC testing has been done on all of my breeding dogs. I am now doing Early Neurological Stimulation exercises with all my pups and have found that it does seem to enhance their development. The combination of breeding and game farm provides pups and older dogs with exceptional exposure to game birds. Pheasant hunters who don't have dogs can choose to hunt behind my labs or pointers. Our guide dogs are fantastic! This year I have been awarded Breeder of Merit status through AKC. I am also a licensed breeder through the state of WI, #271641-DS and am inspected yearly by the state and AKC. Training is also available through my kennel/game farm, all levels of hunting/competition training. My specialty is the early training of pups from eight weeks to six months of age.
