About Powell Setters
R.B. Powell is a breeder, hunter, and field trialer of English Setters. Powell Setters are competed in grouse, quail, woodcock, and pheasant trials. We enjoy walking and horseback shooting dog trials. We breed our successful field trial females to the best dogs that we see in the trials. We do not go by stories, hear-say and reports. We go to the trials, compete, and select. We usually have one litter a year. We presently have White Spider competing with Joe McCarl, Runner-up Ch. Powell's Sarah, and Moonlight Jam are competing under Robert Ecker.
