 About Double J Retrievers
We are a small family operation in Oregon City, OR who have been breeding a strong driving dam line for the last 17 years. The pointing characteristics displayed by our dogs have been a bonus in some eyes. We continually mix our lines with outstanding field trial and hunting dogs to produce top quality, even tempered, great looking, strong driving dogs. Missy is currently our only female and she recently completed her first AKC Senior Hunt Test successfully. She is a FC/AFC/CAFC Chena River Chavez daughter and throws great pups. We are hoping to have Missy ready to run at the Master Level by early to mid-summer. She is black and 74 lbs. full of go, has OFA good hips, normal elbows, EIC clear, CNM clear, CERF clear/normal, and PRA clear. Missy is a great mother and has a super personality and loves being around the family. All of our pups come with a written health guarantee/contract and will have initial shots, dew claws removed and an initial CERF exam at 8 weeks. Recent Breeding with FC-AFC Land Ahoy Whelped on 2/17/12. All pups are SOLD. Upcoming Breedings We look forward to breeding Missy with FC Merlyn IV in late summer/early fall 2012. Call to reserve a pup from this litter. This litter should produce all black pups. Successes Rascal is a one of Missy's pups from October of 2010 and he is currently competing at the Master Level in AKC sponsored hunt tests.
