About Serendipity Kennel

Serendipity Kennel was started by my close friend Nelson Whiteman in the 1950's. In his final years, he allowed me to use his Serendipity Kennel name and keep his outstanding German Shorthair Pointer bloodlines going.  I have trained and bred GSP's for 16 years.  I strive to breed smart, athletic, healthy GSP's for the family and the field.  I have children myself, and having family oriented dogs is important to me.  My dog's have competed in AKC hunt test and have been successful.  I also judge AKC hunt test. As done by Nelson, Serendipity kennel specializes in solid liver dogs but is not exclusive. We are a small family kennel that offers select litters and occasionally started dogs.

Thanks

Our family had been looking for a bird hunting dog for some time, we lost our beloved razor a year before and we felt it was time to look for another pet. I called several places and then I reached Dennis at Serendipity Kennels. He was very polite and gave us a lot of information on the GSP breed. We were very impressed with Dennis and his puppies. We appreciated the fact that we were able to see mom and dad and we decided that Dennis had all we were looking for, so we purchased a female GSP from him, her name is Dixie and she is amazing! Her natural instinct to hunt, her physique, she has an awesome coat and personality. Our vet gives her an A plus. We would recommend Serendipity Kennels to anyone looking for a good reputable breeder with good quality pups! And Dennis was always there for us with any questions we had even after we brought her home ! We highly recommend this breeder!

I have owned Gps pointers most of my life and at 54 years old, talking to the breeder about the breed was enjoyable. All the dogs in the kennel were clean and seeing both parents I fell in love with the distinguished male dog. I purchased a male dog exactly what I expected, very handsome, and intelligent. Plan on purchasing another from him.
