Dimond Alli Kennel - Kentucky German Shorthaired Pointer, Vizsla, Wirehaired Vizsla Breeders

We are a dog loving, close knit family, made up of Rod and Maria Walley and our two children, Austin and Alli. We are located in south central Kentucky, about an hour south of Louisville, where there are acres and acres of land to train and work our dogs. We first came across the Wirehaired Vizsla when searching for a dog that could be a steady and consistant hunter but come into the house and be a loving family member. We found that in "Peka", Rusty River's Aloha Babe, our female. We then imported "Gobe", Zoldmali Gobe from Hungary. Out of these, we had our first litter in November of 2008, and have kept three of the puppies for hunting, Cami, Mia and Doc. They are making sure that we learn what we need to, about the breed! Please read our breeding Philosophy page. After learning the hard way, we now OFA certify our dogs to be bred, and are breeding, not only for hunting ability, but for correct conformation.

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Rod and his great family in Januray of 2009. We have formed a great friendship since. Rod and I have learned a lot of things from each other and continue to do so! He has some wonderful dogs, knows how to field train them, and is making sure he is breeding conformationally sound dogs. Rod is a very nice guy, willing to mentor his puppy owners and his dogs have great temperaments! You won't go wrong with a Dimond Alli WHV!
