He has a very good temperment, very soft mouth and is very trainable. He has taken to all the hunting training I've provided him from a very young age. He is not gun shy and loves to retrieve. Ranger has a very good build suited for running in deep snow and the forest. Marty is now 18 months old and had a phenominal first hunting season. Lots of successful flushes on grouse and Hungarian partridge. No water work yet but will get her on the migratory this year.
