We have hunted these dogs on Pheasants, Quail, and Chukar Partridge and countless numbers at that.These dogs will hold their birds indefinitely until you get there to kick the birds up and kill them. They have both been "Force Broke to Retrieve" to your hand.They have championship bloodlines(Branscum Nickel and Elhew Snakefoot Pedigree's) and could make exceptional field trial dogs.
