Both have been tried and proven on grouse, woodcock, quail and pheasants. Hard hunting dogs but great with the family inside the house. Great temperaments. Both are OFA certified. Both dogs natural ability to point, back, retrieve on dry land and water takes very little to bring out once trained once or twice.
