English Pointer pups whelped May 19, 2022 out of a direct frozen semen daughter of 25X NSTRA CH Stephen's Bright Copper. Dam is named Rio and she displays the coveted nose that CLJ bloodlines are known for. Her bottom side is Wiggins River Wild. She has great style on her birds and hunts hard all day long. Rio has a sweet demeanor and is great with the family. The sire is named Boomer. He is a Honky Tonk Attitude grandson on top and is out of an own daughter of CH Dominator's Rebel Heir on bottom side. Also has CH Erin's Whiskey River on bottom side. Boomer has a great nose and has tremendous style on his birds with a high head and poker straight tail. He is very biddable and easy to handle with tons of bird drive. Both Rio and Boomer are hunted in the dry deserts of New Mexico and both handle these hard running quail exceptionally well. These pups have been bred for nose and for toughness in these harsh conditions. They will make great family additions due to their wonderful demeanors. They would also excel in NSTRA trials as this cross has been well proven for this venue. This CLJ/HTA cross is hard to find bred this close up. We currently have 2 females and 1 male available to go home. These pups will come with American Field registration paperwork and worming health records.
