GSP litter (German bloodlines) in PA - German Shorthaired Pointers in Blairsville, Pennsylvania - Mariani Kennels

Puppies were born Thursday January 17 and will be ready to go to new homes starting March 14, 2019. There are 10 puppies: 7 boys (3 liver & white, 4 black & white) and 3 girls (all liver & white). We expect all puppies to be medium to heavily ticked based on parents' genetics. This is a first time breeding between Riley (Mariani's Riley) and Graf (Graf von den Donau Wirblen). Riley is a 50 pound liver & white hunting machine. Her mother and father are both DK's registered with the DKV in Germany. Riley is a natural pointer, retriever, backs, swims, and is an obedient and cooperative hunter with medium hunting range. She lives to hunt and is eager to find and bring back game. Her calm and loving disposition is a pleasure around our young children. Riley seeks to please at home and in the field. Graf is a 70 pound black and white Romanian import from Donau Wirbeln Kennels (https://www.deutsch-kurzhaar.ro/en/). He is out of the best German genetics (Hege Haus, Pottmes, and Altenbruch) and possesses the natural characteristics inherent to the breed. Additionally, he is a lean, gentle male that is pleasant to have around our kids. Graf's genetics combined with Riley should throw 55 to 70 pound dogs with calm temperaments that are driven to hunt and peaceful around the home. All puppies will be well socialized with other people and dogs, come with paperwork to register with NAVHDA, will be given first round of vaccinations, have tails docked to breed appropriate length, and be exposed to bird scent and gunfire prior to leaving our kennel. Deposits of $250 are being accepted and determine pick order, no exceptions. Remainder $750 due at time of pick up. We reserve the right to keep any pup for any reason.
