About Wil Nor OutdoorsWil-Nor Outdoors, LLC Only 40 Minutes From Saint Louis ! Wil-Nor Outdoors is unlike any other hunting preserve in the country. With over 2,000 acres of preserve hunting available. Wil-Nor operates out of a central lodge location complete with sporting clays course, rifle range, pistol range, fishing ponds, 50 kennels with sewer system, dog training field, bird cleaning room, and comfortable lodge. Wil Nor can accomadate 20 preserve hunts per day. Bird cleaning and packaging is available. Wil Nor offers Pheasant, Chuckar, and Quail hunts. Continental Pheasant hunts are bi monthly during the fall and winter months. Wil Nor Outdoors hosts many events throughout the year including: AKC hunt tests, money hunts, continental hunts, dove hunts, and banquets. Well-maintained fields in the rolling hills and bottoms of the Meramec and Big River watersheds provide a perfect setting for an upland hunt for quail, chukar, or pheasant. Wil-Nor is not a fancy southern quail plantation, but if you enjoy old fashioned bird hunting with strong flying birds in an atmosphere that is homey, friendly, unpretentious and inviting, then you'll enjoy Wil-Nor. Bill and the staff work hard to see that their customers have a great time. The coffee is always fresh and at lunchtime there's usually something on the stove, quail and rice or venison chili or venison cubed steak. There may even be pie. |
