I cannot say enough good words about Julia. She is the sweetest lady, and she truly cares about each and everyone one of her dogs. Her kennels are all very nice and clean, and you can tell from the moment you get there just how much her dogs love and adore her. She has been so patient and kind with all of our questions and sends tons of picture updates as well as personality updates about your pup. Her dogs are absolutely beautiful and are very friendly. You can also tell they are born to hunt. When we came to visit, a bird made a noise in the nearby trees and every single dog (even 2 that were only a few months old) immediately stopped what they were doing to point. I would highly recommend Julia and her pups to anyone!

I bought Jake from Buggytown Bird Dogs (Julia). Jake is much better dog than she described to me in our conversations. Jake is a very loving little Brittany Bird Dog. He is a very happy, healthy and was well cared for. Julia is very pleasant and helpful and most importantly a very honest person to do business with.

I just want to say I couldn't be more pleased with the little GSP pup I got from Julia at Buggytown Bird Dogs! Little Cyrus has been a part of the family for a whole week now and has already sealed his place firmly in our home. He is the best natured pup I have ever owned... laid back in the house and outgoing yet very inquisitive and quite rambunctious outside. He took right to his new crate with very little crying... he has not had one "accident" in the crate nor in the house. By far he is the easiest dog I've ever had to crate and house train. He's already pointing... our cat! he loves to prance around holding things in his mouth... and already has a natural retrieve!All this and he is only ten weeks old. Super smart and well bred. And as for a truck buddy he knows his job... rides good and does not chew anything up ther than his own stuff. I am more than pleased with this pup and would recommend Julia to anyone. She runs a super clean kennel and obviously cares for her dogs and her breeding program. Thanks Julia for this awesome pup!

Buggytown Bird Dogs has given us one of the best gifts we have ever gotten. Our black roan GSP is the sweetest, most fun, and trainable dog my husband and I have ever had. The Heidbrinks really love their dogs which was evident to us when Julia introduced the entire extended family of our pup. Buggytown Bird Dogs was a breeder so easy to work with and so supportive before and after our adoption. To say the least, the we HIGHLY reccommend them!

My husband and I bought our first GSP puppy from Buggytown Bird Dogs and we were more than pleased with them and our pup. We have a female that we purchased from Buggytown. She is one of Sadie's pups. Her name is also Sadie. We absolutely love her. She is the best family dog. Very loving. She loves to run in the woods and chase squirrels.She has a beautiful stance at point.

We purchased a female Brittany puppy from Buggytown at the end of Summer 2010. We got her first as a pet, and second as a potential bird dog. Although we haven't trained her yet for hunting, she shows all of the qualities of an excellent bird dog, but even more so, and wonderful companion to me, my wife and my two young boys. We are in love with our "Belle" and she has fit well into our family. We would definitely purchase another dog from Buggytown and highly, highly recommend them.

We purchased a German Shorthair Pointer from this breeder and we were very satisfied. We named our dog Liberty and she is great. She loves to hunt and is a very good pet. She has a great temperament and we really love her. We highly recommend this breeder and we would go to her again.

hello, i have gotten 3 birddogs from ms julia, and will be getting another soon as the pups she has are ready. 2 of my pups are out cole beer.these dogs have been awsome. they all have had the best nose and learn so well. 1 working on master. 1 working on senior. 1 going for jr. and the other little fellow just lots of birds for now. the male dog i have has placed in open derby,and 3 place in amateaur gun dog. defiantely happy getting dogs from the heidbrinks/julia/carl
