Illewlyn Setters, Chesaning MI, Twin brooks??

Hi!

I just met a dog here at Willow Creek here in Alaska. The dog is 11 years old and a very nice almost pure white medium sized Illewlyn Setter. The owners got the dog in Michigan from a breeder there near Chesaning, MI (sp??), and the kennels name was something like Twinbrook? Twin Brooks? Any idea who this is or the line of dog?? The nice people who were taking care of this dog said it came from champion blood lines. They hunt ruffed grouse in Michigan, were teachers, and live somewhere near Houghton Lake. Ruffed grouse sounds good to me!

Anyone ever heard of that kennel?

I am looking for a started, mellow, light colored, female hunter. Not necessarily a field trial champ, but a steady biddable setter. Must like birds, pointing, hunting, guns, people, dogs and other critters etc. I've only ever had flushing dogs. A started dog seems right to me.
