Dog Rental

I am from PA and have a hunt planned to SD next week. My Springer hurt her wrist a few weeks ago while out hunting and looks like she will not be able to make the trip. Does anyone know of a way to "rent" a dog for a week. If not I'm probably just going to cancel my trip. I was going back out for round number two this season and only hunt public land so I need a dog. Any thoughts appreciated.
