Nice! What are you shooting the video with? Looks like something mounted to your head.
Also what are you using to edit?

I shot the video with a Gopro camera mounted to a baseball cap. I edit videos with Apple imovie.

I'll be filming more training sessions and I'll try to get a video posted each week.

I have been looking at the gopro cameras on line. What model are you using? It must be pretty small to be able to mount on your head. Are you using the head band they show with the camera?

It's the helmet mount model. I use that headband.
