Need a trainer

Hello!!
i live in Saskatchewan, Canada and am looking for a gun dog trainer for some lessons for my deaf English setter. She is from show lines but points at anything that moves and loves LOVES birds. She knows basic commands in hand signals but my problem is i don`t know how to train dogs in the field. She gets off-leash, her heads snaps to the sky, she locks onto the first bird she sees, and takes off. i don`t hunt myself but have friends and family that do, and sure if she was good enough, her new found skills would not go to waste! i really would just like her to be able to run off-leash but i know she would love to hunt!
if anyone does training, or knows of a trainer in or around this province please let me know!! Thank you!!!
